Friday morning early we arrive in Paris

After check-in we head to the center of Paris - to the Hotel de Ville

Then we walk over to the Notre Dame Cathedral

We check out the Seine River

And just relax along it

Dinner that evening

The next morning we visit the Louvre Museum

The next day, the 17th is Palm Sunday - and we head to the Notre Dame Cathedral for Sunday service

After lunch we regroup and head into the Latin Quarter

We first stop at the Sorbonne (University of Paris)

We head up to the Pantheon - and then the nearby Luxembourg Gardens

Dinner that evening

After dinner we stroll along the Champs Elysees up to the Arc de Triomphe

We were planning to walk over to the Eiffel Tower;
but it is very cold and breezy and we're ready to head back to the hotel

Monday the 18th

We head out to Fontainebleau

After dinner that evening we head to the Trocadero Gardens opposite the Eiffel Tower

The next morning we head to the Musee d'Orsay
(...but they no longer allow pictures to be taken inside!  ugh ... no fun!)

After lunch we head over for a visit up the Eiffel Tower

After the visit groups head out to do their own thing

The boys come back with some new European-style jackets

We head through the Pigalle district
